Shane Duffy has moved to clear up a claim surrounding his Celtic pay packet as he backed calls to scrap proposed PPV matches south of the border.

The centre back is on loan at Celtic Park from Brighton and the Seagulls are one of 19 clubs in the Premier League that voted in favour of putting selected games behind a paywall And some supporters were critical of Brighton chief Paul Barber after he insisted it was the right thing to do for clubs to charge fans to see games on TV.Fans are incensed that they are being charged so much while being unable to attend games and one supporter created an image with two pictures of Barber.It showed Barber looking angry at a suggestion fans shouldn't pay £15 for the right to see their team while another.
