arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and harassment following an incident in a bar in Hilo, Hawaii over the weekend, Miller is now facing additional legal trouble.Two residents in Hilo filed for a temporary restraining order against the Justice League star in the Third Circuit District Court on Tuesday, according to a court document obtained and reported on by People.
It claims the 29-year-old harassed and threatened them.The court document alleges that Miller "burst into the bedroom of the petitioner(s) and threatened" the alleged male victim by "saying 'I will bury you and your slut wife'" on Monday.Miller is also accused of stealing some of the alleged victims’ things that including a social security card, wallet, passport, driver's license, and bank cards."The respondent is famous and wealthy," the document says, according to People. "This makes access to weapons much easier; as well as sending associates to harass the petitioner."Several media outlets report that Miller was staying at the couple’s home when he was arrested over the weekend and the couple had bailed the actor out on Monday.
However, he allegedly barged in on them in their bedroom only hours later.According to local police, the actor — best known for their roles as The Flash and in the Fantastic Beasts franchise — was arrested after reports of disorderly conduct at a karaoke bar.
Police responded to a call on Sunday, March 27 at 11:30 p.m. over reports of an “agitated” patron who was later identified as Miller, becoming aggressive with fellow patrons, according to a news release by the Hawaii Police Department.Miller allegedly began “yelling obscenities” at the singers.
