As transgender support and social group The Clare Project embarks on their 20th year as an essential service for the trans, non-binary, intersex and gender-variant (TNBI) community across East Sussex, they are looking for a new addition to the team to support the charity during an exciting period of growth.The TNBI Development Worker role will take a lead in ensuring The Clare Project’s community-led approach is both sustainable and representative of their unique work.
Other responsibilities include supporting the charity in expanding their TNBI inclusion and awareness training offering; developing their volunteer package; contributing to their commitment towards improving the accessibility of services for those from under-represented.
