There’s an all-new preview for Disney+’s upcoming series “The Proud Family: Louder and Prouder,” and it gives us our best look at some of the show’s queer characters yet.
We’ve known for a while that Billy Porter and Zachary Quinto would be joining the cast of the show as two gay dads of a new character played by Keke Palmer.
And now, we’ve seen those characters in action. Of course, the trailer has lots of usual “Proud Family” hijinks, including Oscar yelling, Penny trying to have fun with her friends, and of course, Suga Moma being Suga Moma.
But there are some new things, and characters, as well. At one point in the preview, Oscar meets a new character at a bank, Randall Leibovitz-Jenkins, voiced by the incomparable Billy Porter.
