Bianca Del Rio to host The Pit Stop for Drag Race season 15
RuPaul’s Drag Race legend Bianca Del Rio has taken on a new role as host of Drag Race aftershow, The Pit Stop. The drag icon and winner of season six will be hosting the official post-Drag Race recap for the 15th season of the Emmy-award winning show.
The upcoming season is bigger than ever before, with celebrity guest judges such as Ariana Grande, Harvey Guillen and Janelle Monáe.
Ts Madison has also joined the panel as a regular. Bianca took to Instagram to announce the news in a video. “I’m excited to announce I’ll be hosting the new season of The Pit Stop,” she said.
In an exclusive interview with Variety, Del Rio said that the opportunity to host was a long time coming. “I’ve been asked a few times if I’d be interested in doing it,” she said. “But this was the first time that the stars and my schedule aligned for me to make this happen. “This was one time I was having a moment to sit down and actually watch the show, revisit it and enjoy it again.
