A gay couple suing a Pasadena fertility clinic following the birth of a female child when they had requested two baby boys had portions of their lawsuit tossed by a judge in Los Angeles on Monday.According to a report from local news radio KNX, plaintiffs Albert and Anthony Saniger filed a lawsuit in July against the Huntington Reproductive Center Medical Group (also known referred to as HRC) and Dr. Bradford Kolb claiming negligence, breach of contract, and malpractice after the clinic implanted a female embryo into the birth mother when the couple had specifically requested two male babies.In her ruling, Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Teresa Beaudet dismissed the claim of negligence and additionally ruled the plaintiffs must strengthen their breach of contract cause of action for it to remain part of the lawsuit.

Bros. Since the press for Billy Eichner's queer rom-com began, a lot of has swirled around it, from the all-LGBTQ+ cast, to it be being one of the "firsts" of its kind, and so much more with the idea that this film was revolutionary. However, since its release, poor box office numbers, bad marketing, and an overall discomfort around the future of queer film by major studios have plagued the film.Let's be real before we jump in. This film never stood a chance in gay or straight hell.How come we expected a film in a dead genre during a bad time for movie theaters to be everything queer people hoped for when 99.9% of all the other movies in theaters just flat out ignore LGBTQ+ people and themes? As far as genre movies go, few are as dead as the romantic-comedies.While there have been a few standouts in recent years, like Crazy Rich Asians and The Lost City, those films succeeded on many other factors, with the rom-com aspects pushed to the back.
