Coronation Street actress, 38, posed for photos on the red carpet, smiling for the cameras and holding her baby bump, in her first public appearance since announcing her pregnancy.Catherine looked beautiful, wearing a stunning silver and cream floor length gown, with long sheer sleeves and flowing skirt.The gown was adorned with silver jewels and a sweetheart neckline, complemented with a gorgeous up-do hairstyle, diamante earrings and barely there make-up, enhancing Catherine's radiant look.She attended the event with her husband Tim Pitfield, who she has been married to since 2016, posing for photos together ahead of the awards ceremony.Catherine, who is already a mum to her six year old son Alfie, announced the news that she was pregnant.
