Chrissy Teigen says bullying scandal made her 'a better person' as she celebrates 100 days sober

Chrissy Teigen has reflected on her cyberbullying scandal earlier this year saying it made her "a better person".The 35 year old star apologised following claims she sent nasty messages and trolled model Courtney Stodden in 2011 when the reality TV star was a teenager.The model and mum-of-two, who is married to singer John Legend, also revealed that she has since given up alcohol and is celebrating being 100 days sober.

It comes after a heartbreaking few months following the death of the star's beloved dog Pippa. Speaking to presenter Hoda Kotb on the Today Show in America, Chrissy gave an update on all the work she’s done to improve and become a better person for her children Luna and Miles.
