To T or Not To T, at the Kirk Douglas Theatre in Culver City, a Los Angeles suburb, just in time for Pride. The show opens Saturday as part of the Center Theatre Group’s Block Party 2022 series and runs through July 10.To T or Not to T is D’Lo’s intimate reflection on “T and transitioning,” T being testosterone. “Putting out this show into the world means that I get to make folks laugh while also sharing my personal journey to a life-affirming decision,” D’Lo tells The Advocate. “I know the human experience is ‘queering’ more than ever before, so I have hopes that anyone who is grappling with how to move on their own queer journey,or anyone who is in support of queer folks will walk away with more compassion for self and for others.”D’Lo’s act has touched on having to come out three times — as gay, as having a girlfriend, and then as a trans man.
