The D.C. Alcoholic Beverage Control Board was scheduled to review in a March 25 closed meeting allegations that the DC Eagle gay bar engaged in “criminal or civil misconduct or violations of law or regulations,” according to the meeting’s agenda released by the city’s Alcoholic Beverage Regulation Administration.
