Gemma Clare Collins (born 31 January 1981) is an English media personality and businesswoman. In 2011, she began appearing on the ITVBe reality series The Only Way Is Essex. Following a brief appearance on I'm a Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here! (2014), Collins has appeared in various television programmes including Celebrity Big Brother (2016), Celebs Go Dating (2018), and Dancing on Ice (2019). In 2019, she began starring in her own reality series and hosting a podcast on BBC Sounds.

Emmerdale actress Samantha Giles has slammed TOWIE star Gemma Collins, branding her “talentless and revolting”.Appearing at the MEN Pride of Manchester Awards on Tuesday (May 10), the star - who plays Bernice Blackstock in the ITV soap - joked she might “punch” the GC if she ever saw her in person.Samantha was attending the awards to present the gong for Special Recognition, which went to James Anderson.James founded the community interest company Depher, which provides free or heavily subsidised services to those needing plumbing and heating, free bathrooms and funeral costs, among others.
Presenting the award alongside Samantha was her Emmerdale co-star Chris Bisson (Jai Sharma) and The Chase quizzer Anne Hegerty.
But during an exclusive chat with Daily Star, Samantha’s attention turned to Gemma Collins and the sphere of reality TV.She said: “All these reality stars, I haven’t got a clue who they are!“That Gemma Collins, I think I’d punch her if I ever came across her.
