Gemma Clare Collins (born 31 January 1981) is an English media personality and businesswoman. In 2011, she began appearing on the ITVBe reality series The Only Way Is Essex. Following a brief appearance on I'm a Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here! (2014), Collins has appeared in various television programmes including Celebrity Big Brother (2016), Celebs Go Dating (2018), and Dancing on Ice (2019). In 2019, she began starring in her own reality series and hosting a podcast on BBC Sounds.

Gemma Collins has told her fans that she has been feeling "very poorly" and has shared a pic of a tube in her arm. The 40-year-old former This Only Way Is Essex star had revealed last week that she was battling a mystery illness and she has now spoken about what is wrong.
The reality star has required a private nurse to attend to her at home as the self-confessed diva keeps her illness on the down low.
The GC has said that she has been "knocked for six" by the illness, which she has described as "some sort of virus". Gemma has been using her £4,000 home sauna to help her sweat it out but has been away from social media for the past few days.
