Gemma Clare Collins (born 31 January 1981) is an English media personality and businesswoman. In 2011, she began appearing on the ITVBe reality series The Only Way Is Essex. Following a brief appearance on I'm a Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here! (2014), Collins has appeared in various television programmes including Celebrity Big Brother (2016), Celebs Go Dating (2018), and Dancing on Ice (2019). In 2019, she began starring in her own reality series and hosting a podcast on BBC Sounds.
Gemma Collins uses ice chamber to lose weight
Gemma Collins is using an ice chamber to lose weight. The 40-year-old TV star has revealed she's been shedding the pounds by getting naked and spending time in an ice chamber that briefly exposures her to temperatures close to -200C.
She shared on 'The Gemma Collins Podcast': "I’ve been doing some really cool stuff. I went into an ice chamber and, yes, I was naked. "It was minus 188C and it freezes your body and it starts getting rid of all your fat. "I actually want one put in my house.
I want to go in it all day every day. " The ice chamber can apparently get rid of up to 800 calories in a single five-minute session.
