Social media app Instagram now allows users to add their pronouns to their bios! "Instagram has always been a place where users can express and be themselves - and with this latest feature, IG is excited to normalize pronoun usage while promoting a more thoughtful community," the company said in a statement.

Users can add up to four pronouns to their bio. They are able to choose from he/him/his, she/her/hers, they/them/theirs, ze/zir, zie/hir, per/pers, xe/xem/xyr, fae/faer, ve/ver/vis, vi/vir/vis, and e/ey/em/eir.

The new feature launched today in the US, UK, Canada, and Australia! Professional connection site LinkedIn made the same move earlier this year.
