A Manchester charity has spoken out about the Government's recent move to restrict conversion therapy. On Friday (October 29) Minister for Women and Equalities, Liz Truss, vowed to protect LGBT people as she set out proposals to restrict the practice.
But the Government recommended that consenting adults should be able to undergo the so-called conversion therapy. Critics said the plans should have gone further and outlawed all conversion therapy.
