Sarah Ferguson has opened up on her ex husband Prince Andrew, explaining what kind of parent he is to their two daughters Beatrice and Eugenie.The Duchess of York, 62, who was recently praised for her "impeccable manners" by Dame Joan Collins, spoke out in an exclusive chat with OK!
at the launch of her best-selling Mills & Boon novel, Her Heart for a Compass, on Monday 16 May. Fergie and Andrew, also 62, married in 1986 and had Beatrice, now 33, and Eugenie, now 32, before deciding to go their separate ways and eventually divorcing in 1996.
Since then, the pair's children have grown up and gone on to have their own kids as Beatrice shares daughter Sienna, seven months, with husband Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi, 38, while Eugenie is mum to son August, one, with husband Jack Brooksbank, 36.
