Oltre al leghista Andrea Ostellari, relatore della legge, erano presenti per il Carroccio il capogruppo Massimiliano Romeo, per Forza Italia la capogruppo Anna Maria Bernini e Lucio Malan, per il Pd la capogruppo Simona Malpezzi e in collegamento Franco Mirabelli, per M5s Andrea Cioffi e Alessandra Maiorino, per Iv Davide Faraone e in collegamento Giuseppe Cucca, per LeU Loredana De Petris.

Al termine dell’incontro si è ottenuta la conferma del ddl Zan come testo base contro la richiesta di Forza Italia e Lega di unificarlo al testo Ronzulli.
