But now it has been reported that the NHS will not destroy the sperm before at least November 30 in order for more time to be given for the case to be examined.

Louise told the Scottish Sun : “It is a temporary reprieve but my goal is still to take this to court. Ellie left me strict instructions that if anything happened to her, she wanted her children brought into the world. “So I’m going to do everything I can.
