Gemma Clare Collins (born 31 January 1981) is an English media personality and businesswoman. In 2011, she began appearing on the ITVBe reality series The Only Way Is Essex. Following a brief appearance on I'm a Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here! (2014), Collins has appeared in various television programmes including Celebrity Big Brother (2016), Celebs Go Dating (2018), and Dancing on Ice (2019). In 2019, she began starring in her own reality series and hosting a podcast on BBC Sounds.

Gemma Collins says she regrets promoting dangerous diet injections to her fans while in a “desperate place”.The former TOWIE star came under fire for promoting SkinnyJabs which experts warned could be “life threatening” and should only ever be prescribed by a doctor.Speaking on the GC podcast Gemma explained: “I have said that I’m not promoting any diet injections or anything like that."I kind of regret doing it but I feel like sometimes you’re in such a desperate place and you want to lose weight but actually I’ve come away from all the diet promotion because I wish we could get rid of that word diet."It’s basically what works for you.
