Gemma Clare Collins (born 31 January 1981) is an English media personality and businesswoman. In 2011, she began appearing on the ITVBe reality series The Only Way Is Essex. Following a brief appearance on I'm a Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here! (2014), Collins has appeared in various television programmes including Celebrity Big Brother (2016), Celebs Go Dating (2018), and Dancing on Ice (2019). In 2019, she began starring in her own reality series and hosting a podcast on BBC Sounds.

Gemma Collins has been open about overhauling her lifestyle in a bid to focus on her health. And the 40-year-old took to her Instagram Stories on Saturday to advertise a promotion of her clothing range on her online shop and to entice her fans to snap up some of the garments that were reduced.

As the star modelled several loungewear items - included in the sale - she also unveiled a slimmed-down face that has come as a result of her new healthy regime.

Gemma - who has been posting clips of her gruelling workouts and even been weighing out all her food to ensure she stays on track - appeared remarkably chiselled in the collection of images as she posed with her hair in a ponytail.
