Last Saturday's scenes saw Dylan, played by William Beck, catch Lev in a passionate snogging someone other than his wife, Faith.
Viewers of the soap already know that Lev has been struggling with his sexuality, and since meeting Xander, who he met on a dating app, is more confused than ever.
