Department of Justice. The adult entertainer made an appearance in the Middle District of Florida court on Wednesday. Authorities released him pending further court proceedings in D.C.He has reportedly voiced support for Trump.

In the complaint filed by the DOJ, there’s a photo of Miles wearing a black shirt that reads “Trump 2020 F*** Your Feelings” along with a “Make America Great Again” red hat.“Miles marched in a group to the Capitol, eventually making his way to the restricted grounds of the West Front of the building.

While there, he and other rioters engaged in a confrontation with police officers who were protecting the Capitol. During this confrontation, Miles shoved and attempted to punch police officers,” court documents state, according to the DOJ.He continued into the Capitol with the other rioters and participated in smashing windows of the building.

Miles then went into the building and walked out, authorities say.Phone records obtained by authorities traced a number to Miles, whose phone was connected to towers near the Capitol, court documents state.A co-defendant, Matthew LeBrun, 33, of New Orleans, La., was arrested on April 13 on related misdemeanor charges.Read the affidavit in support of their arrests here.Miles isn't the only LGBTQ+ person to have been arrested for participation in the insurrection.
