Gemma Collins slammed a troll who accused her of getting lip fillers. The Diva Forever star uploaded a selfie after she completed her workout and one fan took to the comment section to tell her to be ‘careful with the filler’. “Well done Gemma,” they wrote. “Careful with the filler though.” The 40-year-old replied to the fan saying she doesn’t have any fillers as she "had it all dissolved".

She later took to her Instagram Story to tell fans she ‘loves her original face’ and demonstrated what her lips look like when she doesn’t pout. “Guys these are my lips,” she wrote on the photo. “This was yesterday, the reason why they're bigger today is because I'm blowing them out because I'm exhausted.” “I'm a woman of my word.
