Captain Jay Baker of the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office explained at a press conference on Wednesday that a 21-year-old man accused of killing eight people at three metro Atlanta spas was apparently having a “really bad day” while telling reporters that the crime did not appear to be motivated by the race of the victims.
