Filming for the new movie My Policeman was well and truly underway as Harry Styles was pictured on set at various locations in Brighton and Hove.

The singer gave onlookers a treat as he was pictured shooting for the upcoming flick wearing a 1950s style police uniform while cameras rolled in Regency Square.

Scores of extras dressed in period costume joined the heartthrob on set while several classic cars were parked up along the curb to give an authentic fifties feel.

Based on a 2012 book by Bethan Roberts, the movie sees gay police officer Tom Burgess have an affair with museum curator Patrick Hazelwood despite being married to his teacher wife, Marion.
