Indiana AG Wants To Punish Abortion Provider In Case Of 10YO Rape Victim

Right-wingers were just about to reach full lather in doubting the story about a 1o-year-old rape victim in Ohio whose pregnancy had to be aborted in Indiana due to Ohio's draconian anti-abortion law.

Many outlets dutifully parroted the words of Ohio AG Dave Yost, who said there was “not a whisper of evidence” to support the story, which had been fact-checked.

Now that a man has been arrested for the rape and the child's plight confirmed, the right: (1) wants you to know the rapist is an “illegal,” and (2) wants to harass the abortion provider!

That's right, Indiana AG Todd Rokita (pictured at right) says of Dr. Caitlin Bernard: We’re gathering the evidence as we speak, and we’re going to fight this to the end, including looking at her licensure if she failed to report.
