Washington Blade.Court documents seen by the outlet indicate that Webster had stalked his victims and carefully planned the rapes and that he entered the residences through unlocked doors. The assaults took place from mid-August to October 2016, according to evidence provided by authorities.
During the first attack, Webster entered a home in a neighborhood on Capitol Hill and took photos of himself sexually abusing a man who authorities stated was unconscious.Days later, Webster broke into an apartment in the same area as the first.“The victim was awakened to find Webster, a stranger, standing in the doorway of his bedroom, dressed all in black, holding a handgun with a red laser sight,” a news release by the Department of Justice said.
Webster then used duct tape to bind the victim’s hands and feet, gagged the victim with a T-shirt, and repeatedly raped him.The third attack happened in the same apartment as one of the previous assaults on October 1, 2016.
Webster broke in while armed with a gun and also brought a backpack that had knives, gloves, screwdrivers, duct tape, a hammer, binoculars, and condoms in it.
