Mr Gay World 2020 and 2021 postponed again amid Covid-19 concerns

Spain’s Francisco Alvarado is the current titleholder The president of Mr Gay World and the South African organisers of the event have again opted to postpone the competition from March 2021 to 18 to 26 September 2021. They said the decision was taken due to the ongoing global spikes in Covid-19 cases, continued global travel restrictions and the implementation of social distancing restrictions.

The 2020 event, which was set to take place in South Africa early next year together with the 2021 edition, had already been delayed due to the same reasons.
