The Idaho state Legislature took time out this week from the battle against the global COVID-19 pandemic to send two anti-transgender bills to Governor Brad Little (R) that would prevent transgender individuals from changing the sex indicated on their birth certificates and exclude transgender high school athletes from participating in gender-specific sports that do not match the sex indicated on their birth certificates.
