The Good Morning Britain presenter, 55, was spotted dining with the Hollywood legend at the stunning Auberge de la Mole restaurant in the South of France on Wednesday evening.
The pair were also joined by Piers' wife Celia Walden, Joan's partner Percy Gibson, nutritionist Gabriela Peacock and her husband David.
The group appeared thrilled as they sat at the table, which was filled with wine glasses and plenty of nibbles. Meanwhile, Piers looked positively glowing whilst next to Joan in a pale blue shirt.
