Scotland women's team have sent a message that anti-LGBT discrimination must be stamped out as skipper Rachel Corsie wore the Pride flag on her captain's armband for a game in Hungary.
Scotland took on the Hungarians in their opening World Cup qualifier at the Hidegkuti Nandor Stadium in Budapest on Friday night.And ahead of kick-off the Scotland Twitter account posted Corsie's shirt and armband from the dressing room, featuring the symbol.
Hungary was under the spotlight during their Euro 2020 campaign as they took on Germany, France and Portugal in the group stage.
The country has seen a number of anti- LGBT laws passed by president Viktor Orban with a Dutch MEP branding his government the "most homophobic" on the continent.
