Celebrity Big Brother alum Todrick Hall has been accused of failing to pay $60,000 in rent for February and March of this year.
The property owners are now suing for the cash. The homeowners, Avi Lavian and Orna Lavian, said in a March 29 court filing that Hall agreed to pay $30,000 a month in rent, according to legal documents obtained by People. The Lavians gave the Masked Singer finalist a three-day notice on March 3 that he had to pay rent or leave the Los Angeles property.
The complaint states that the two owners left a copy of the notice at Hall's residence. He then “failed to comply” by the March 3 deadline. The owners have asked for the $60,000 allegedly owed, in addition to their attorney fees and for the lease to be terminated, People reports. The magazine wrote that Hall shared a YouTube video last February of him giving a tour of the house.
He told fans that it was his “dream” house.“When I saw this one I fell in love,” he said of the 8,000-square-foot home, which has five bedrooms and eight bathrooms.Last July, Hall said the house was broken into.
