TMZ reported at the end of last week that he’s being sued by the owners of a home he rents in Los Angeles. They say he owes them two months’ rent, totaling $60,000.
Hall did not publicly respond to the allegations in the article. The respective court filings have now been seen by both People and Entertainment Weekly, and Hall still appears to be staying tight-lipped about what’s going on.The owners of the property, Avi Lavian and Orna Lavian, said in a March 29 filing that Hall agreed to pay $30,000 a month in rent.
After falling 60 days behind, they took legal action. They issued him with a three-day notice to pay up by March 3 or vacate the property.
The notice was left with another individual at the residence. Their filing says Hall “failed to comply” with the request. They now want the money owed, attorney’s fees paid, and termination of lease. What has confused many folks is that Hall, 37, posted a video tour of his new residence in February 2021, telling fans he’d “bought” his “dream home”.
