In honor of Transgender Day of Remembrance (TDOR) on November 20, TDOR Atlanta is hosting two events. On November 19, the organization will host an outdoor rally at Liberty Plaza (200-398 Capitol Ave SE) from 4 to 5:30 p.m.

Then, on November 20, a traditional vigil will be held at First Decatur Christian Church (601 West Ponce de Leon Ave) from 6 to 8 p.m.

TDOR is observed annually as a way to memorialize transgender people across the world who have been the victim of the epidemic of anti-trans violence.
