Professional connection website LinkedIn is taking an inclusive step into the future. Along with a slew of new features, including a new Creator Mode and the addition of a video Cover Story, you can now add your pronouns to your LinkedIn profile.
LinkedIn will begin rolling out the change on March 31 to make the site "more inclusive for every member of the global workforce," a press release reads.
According to their research, "the vast majority of job seekers (70 percent) believe it’s important that recruiters and hiring managers know their pronouns and 72 percent of hiring managers believe having clarity about a candidate’s gender pronouns is beneficial and helps others be respectful of their identity."
