Rachael Ray‘s latest confession marinate. According to a new study by Smart Asset, Dallas County ranks among the least insured counties in the United States and is the seventh-least insured county in Texas, although it is the second-most populous. The study indicates that 24.15 percent of Dallas County residents under the age of 65 lack health insurance.  Texas remains the state with the highest number of uninsured residents at 21.7 percent, compared to the national average of 11 percent.
