Today marks Day 2 of SCOTUS nominee Amy Coney Barrett’s confirmation hearing and it’s already off to a worrying start.When Senator Dianne Feinstein asked the judge whether she thinks same-sex marriage should be protected under the law, Barrett refused to answer the question.
