(CNN) – One person was killed and 10 more were missing Saturday after heavy rain caused a landslide on the Italian holiday island of Ischia.Search and rescue operations are underway in the small town of Casamicciola Terme and reinforcements are being sent from Naples, said the Italian Fire Brigade, but weather conditions are complicating the search, Italy’s Civil Protection department told CNN on Saturday.Eight people had been rescued as of Saturday evening local time, said the civil protection department.The operations were being coordinated by the Naples prefecture, authorities told CNN, and are expected to continue through the night. Treating HIV symptoms in “clusters” could help improve a patient’s overall quality of life, according to a study presented at the Association of Nurses in AIDS Care 2022 annual meeting.The evidence, according to Medscape, showed that the four main symptom clusters for HIV include pain, body psychological, gastrointestinal, and body image. These symptoms were also more common in HIV-positive people older than 45.Natalie Wilson, PhD, assistant professor of community health systems at the UCSF School of Nursing, and a group of colleagues performed a study that also suggested that the elderly population experienced more distress from their symptoms, with the exception of anxiety.“The symptom burden is still high in people living with HIV,” said Wilson.

President Joe Biden and first lady Jill Biden called the owners of Club Q, a gay nightclub in Colorado Springs, Colo., where last week a gunman killed five people and injured more than a dozen more.The two offered their condolences to owners Nic Grzecka and Matthew Haynes, according to the White House.The Bidens also voiced support for the LGBTQ+ community.“They reiterated their support for the community as well as their commitment to fighting back against hate and gun violence,” the White House said on Friday. “They also thanked Nic and Matthew for the incredible contributions they have made and will continue to make to Colorado Springs.”Grzecka and Haynes have said the attack on Club Q, which was a queer safe space in a conservative community, was a hate crime.

HEBER CITY (KSL) -- Local groups in Utah are working to help people in the LGBTQ community feel more welcome and more understood.Kyle Ashworth was raised in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, served a mission, married in the temple, and had some kids."And after all those things, I still was gay," Ashworth said.Now, he's married again and hosts the podcast Latter Gay Stories, where he's hoping by sharing people's stories, others might get a better understanding."A lot of the religious population have no need to draw closer to the queer community," Ashworth explained. "It's usually only when someone's son or daughter or child comes out that a family actually pays attention to these topics."He's not the only one in Utah with this kind of personal mission, like Susie Augenstein."I'm constantly begging and pleading for people, especially those that don't have LGBTQ kids in their lives, to join us and to help support those that do because they need us," Augenstein said.She's an ally to queer kids and adults through a group called Peculiar."Whether it's a shooting like happened or a suicide, we just need to stop the deaths and have them feel like they're a part of us," explained Augenstein.And it's tragedies like the one in Colorado that have people on the side of allyship and support.

She was seized from an animal cruelty case back in May, so her starting out point in life was a little shaky. Her ideal home will be calm and serene while she adjusts to the new environment. We’re fans of The Old Vic’s staging of Charles Dickens’ A Christmas Carol – we originally caught Jack Thorne’s production back in 2019 (although it had already played for a couple of runs previously) and we’re glad to have it back this festive season. NOBLESVILLE, Indiana (WISH) -- Bones found in the 1990s on Fox Hallow Farms in Westfield are linked to Herb Baumeister, the man largely considered Indiana’s most prolific serial killer.In 1996, authorities found only 11 DNA profiles among the bones and identified eight of the men.Now, that total of DNA profiles could rise to about 25 men with new testing of the bones.Jeff Jellison, who takes office in January as the new Hamilton County coroner, said DNA technology has advanced, and it is time to identify the rest of the men.“The search produced more than probably 10,000 bones and bone fragments,” Jellison said. “We believe there are as many as 25 individuals that were recovered from that property.
