Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden has promised the mom of a trans kid he will ‘flat out change the law’ to help her daughter.

Former Vice President Biden made the comment as he answered questions from the audience at an ABC News town hall meeting. Moreover he also offered a glimpse into his childhood, hinting that his dad helped him become an LGBT+ ally from a young age.
