Celebrity Gogglebox flooded with same complaint over Pride special
Celebrity Gogglebox was innundated with the same complaint from viewers within minutes of the show starting. The Channel 4 show aired a special episode to celebrate Pride tonight (Friday, July 1).
But viewers were left confused over the identities of those appearing. Some even asked for producers to add a profile of those featuring on the show under their names so people could understand who they are.
Viewers took to Twitter to moan how they didn't know hardly any of the celebs on the special episode, who included Strictly stars Johannes Radebe and John Whaite and actors Kit Connor, Joe Locke, Yasmin Finney and William Gao – who play Nick, Charlie, Elle and Tao on the Netflix Heartstopper series.
