T.J. Osborne and his brother John Osborne opened up about the first time the country star came out in a new interview. Back in 2021, the Brothers Osborne singer made headlines when he came out as gay in an interview with Time Magazine. “I’m very comfortable being gay,” he told the publication. “I find myself being guarded for not wanting to talk about something that I personally don’t have a problem with.” Since that fateful day, the history-making singer has fully stepped into his truth and has seen support from his vast fanbase and, most importantly, his brother/bandmate John.
In a recent interview on the Exit 209 with Storme Warren podcast, the two Osbornes discussed the early days of T.J.’s coming out process.
When asked if he had any idea of his brother’s sexuality, John revealed that he always had a suspicion. “As his older brother, you just kind of know, but it’s not my place to ask,” John said.
