The BBC has finally released the first official photos of Ncuti Gatwa as the 15th Doctor. Over the last few months, fans have been clamouring for more information regarding the Sex Education star and his upcoming run as the beloved Time Lord.

Back in October, viewers were given a quick glimpse at Gatwa in the titular role during the explosive trailer for the show’s 2023 specials – which also featured the return of David Tennant as the 14th Doctor.

Since the trailer’s release, Doctor Who creatives have refrained from giving additional details surrounding the young talent’s debut until now.
