It sees ordinary people with extraordinary stories recognised for their work. The ceremony took place earlier this week in front of a star-studded audience who all wish to honour this year’s inspirational winners.An extensive list of the various winners of the show can be seen online as posted by Express.co.uk.
They include David Groves and Alex Harvey for “outstanding bravery”. It also includes Jill Allen who lost her eyesight 50 years ago on her wedding day and has campaigned for the blind ever since; she won the Lifetime Achievement award.
Following Carol's presentation tonight, fans took to Twitter to compliment her on her appearance. She was dressed in a floor-length, dark silver gown, which was complete with jewels at the waist to accentuate her hourglass figure.
