He died yesterday (25 February). Officials said Flippen died of a massive and sudden heart attack just before a city commission meeting.
A statement from the city of Wilton Manors says: ‘We are very sad. Our hearts go out to Justin’s family and friends. This is a horrible loss for our city.’ And Florida LGBTQ+
