But as of Wednesday morning he was stuck in second place with 46.66% of the vote behind former planning commissioner Myrna Melgar, who was in first place with 53.34% after six rounds of ranked-choice voting.Should her lead hold, Melgar will succeed termed out Supervisor Norman Yee, currently the president of the board.
