Hamilton’s first-ever pride festival is set to be held this summer in a vibrant celebration of LGBTQ+ culture.The event, organised by Hamilton Our Town and supported by EventScotland, will take place on July 28 and 29 in the town’s main high street and square alongside the stunning Hamilton Town House venue.The events program will showcase high-quality, high-impact performances from a variety of performers.
These include circus acts, street-based performances, dance and theatre groups alongside music groups, D.Js, choirs and more.The Lanarkshire Live app is available to download now.

Event organiser, Malcolm Thomas-Harley said: “ Our mission with this event is to create an impactful space for our community to come together in a spirit of celebration and collaboration, providing a platform that is long
