Spencer, the Princess Diana biopic starring Kristen Stewart, and it’s haunting.The trailer, set to evocative music, portrays a distraught Diana during the Christmas holidays at the royal family’s Sandringham Estate as she makes up her mind to leave her marriage to Prince Charles.

The official description of the film calls it “an imagining of what might have happened during those few fateful days.”“Spencer is a dive inside an emotional imagining of who Diana was at a pivotal turning point in her life,” Stewart said in an earlier release from Neon, the movie’s distributor.Spencer’s director is Pablo Larraín, who helmed the critically acclaimed 2016 Natalie Portman starrer Jackie, about First Lady Jacqueline Kennedy.
