Swalwell cut ties with Fang, who left the US in 2015, after being alerted by the FBI. There is no allegation that he knew anything of her activities or that any laws were broken through his fundraising.Tucker Carlson on Fox News has previously alleged Swalwell and Fang Fang had a sexual relationship.
