Liberal Democrat leadership contender Layla Moran has accused the government of ‘dragging its feet’ on banning gay conversion therapy, after Prime Minister Boris Johnson said in an interview with ITV News that the government will first carry out a study on the issue to see how prevalent it is.It is now two years since the government initially announced it would introduce a ban on gay conversion therapy.
