Because when love songs give way to breakup ballads, your besties will still be there for you.Inspired by his mother, who raised him to pursue his dreams with the strength to get over the “funky” moments in life, Stefano May’s “Find My Way” is an upbeat, danceable song oozing with elements of funk, jazz and soul reminiscent of all the legendary Motown hits.Jake Wesley Rogers’ music attracted immediate attention for its unapologetic and explicit discussion of gay themes, and his uplifting track “Lavender Forever” will have you bursting with queer joy.Pop trio MUNA blend a little bit country, a little bit rock and roll, and a lotta bit electro-pop for the upbeat breakup song “Anything But Me.” It’s that stage of the breakup where you realize it’s been fun, but it’s done.Queer singer Remi Wolf lends her funky soul pop vocals to this melodic Still Woozy track that would be a great addition for a mix CD to give to your crush…if people still made those.“CYBAH” stands for “Can You Break A Heart” (duh), and we’d wager that Syd certainly can.
She teams up with R&B singer Lucky Daye on this track.“Shotgun” is the lead single off Soccer Mommy’s (aka Sophie Allison) upcoming album Sometimes, Forever.
